INTENSE Kettlebell HIIT FullBody Follow Along Workout New Update

In this 30 minute Intense Kettlebell Hiit we will have 2 blocks of workout. Each Block contains 3 giant sets and we will be performing each giant set for 2 rounds in a row. We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds long and with 15 seconds rest in between.

If you want to increase the intensity of this workout you can simply increase the weights of the kettlebell that you are using or/and add 2-3 more rounds to this workout so you can increase the volume of the workout.

In this workout I’m using a 12kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :

Block 1
1. Stiff Leg Deadlift to Goblet Squat
2. Knee Lunge Overhead Press
3. 3x Mountain Climbers Inner Rotations

4. Reverse Lunge Push & Pull
5. 2x Half Burpee 1x Deadlift Upright Row
6. Rollout Stand Up

7. Hand Walkout Jumping Deadlift
8. Squat To Triceps Extension
9. 4x Mountain Climber Jump Over

Block 2
1. Shotgun Reverse Lunge (L)
2. Shotgun Reverse Lunge (L)
3. 1 ½ Push Up

4. 4x Russian Row Jumping Lunges
5. Russian Twist Press
6. 4x Tap Down Squat Jump

7. Staggered Swings
8. Goblet Squat Biceps Curl
9. 4x Plank Jack Plank Get Up
