Try this 25 minute hiit workout circuit! (see substitutions below if doing it at home!)

INSTRUCTIONS: Do each exercise for 30 seconds, resting for 30 seconds between exercises. Complete the circuit 5x total for the full workout!

1. Jump Rope – 30 seconds
2. Battle Ropes – 30 seconds (sub with burpees or shoulder tap rotations if you don’t have ropes!)
3. Jumping Squats – 30 seconds
4. Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
5. Wall Sit – 30 seconds
